6-Week Series (L1/2)


Starts Tuesday, February 13, through Thursday, March 21.

Offered twice a week—on Tuesdays and Thursdays—7:30am-8:45am.

In these 75-minute classes you will be guided to find freedom and strength. You will safely unlock habitual tension through focused breath and movement. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles, your intentions, your life.

Investment:

  • pay in advance for 10-12 classes: $15 per class ($150-$180)

  • pay in advance for 6-9 classes: $18 per class ($108-$162)

  • for up to 5 classes or pay as you go: $20 per class

Expect to sweat, focus, and leave with new information.
