January Guided Practice

In this 75-minute session, we will practice beside each other, silently. I will name the poses but will not teach the poses.

You may choose to do a less challenging pose or a more challenging pose than I am doing—for example, I may suggest twisting lunge interlock, and you may choose to do easy twisting lunge or twisting lunge instead. Know that if I am suggesting a more challenging pose, it means I think I am warmed up enough for it, given what I’ve already done. If you haven’t been following me, you will need to assess for yourself if you are warmed up enough for that same pose.

Make it your practice to enjoy, to dive deep into, to silently ground yourself within.
